Tom – My name is Tom Houle and I am the owner of Small Jobs Electric. I went to Boston Trade High School where I was introduced to the electrical trade. After graduation I participated in a four year apprenticeship program with IBEW and upon completion of this program, I received my Journeyman License. In 1984, I earned my Master Electrical License for the State of Massachusetts. In 1986, seeking warmer temperatures, my wife and I moved our family to Tampa. In 1986 I also received my Master Electrical License for the state of Florida, after which we started our family operated business.I enjoy the many aspects of the trade, particularly the challenge of troubleshooting and solving electrical problems. I am happy that I have been able to use my knowledge and skill to help others, especially as a volunteer for hurricane relief work. I also enjoy educating children about electrical safety with the Great American Teach In, where I teach them about the sciences of magnetism, electromagnetism and hands on basic electrical concepts.
Nathaniel – My name is Nathaniel Houle and I am Tom Houle’s son. I grew up right here in Tampa, and I attended Tampa Bay Technical High School. I have worked for Small Jobs Electric for the last 10 years. I grew up learning about electricity, and I love working in the electrical trade just like my dad. I enjoy meeting the needs of our customers and solving their electrical problems! In 2000, I received my Journeyman License and in 2002 I earned my Master Electrical License for the state of Florida. I have been married for eight years, and my wife Carla is the friendly voice that answers our phone.
Ron – Hello, my name is Ron Smith and I am a Tampa Native. I am married and I have three children. My father and grandfather both worked in construction, so I learned a lot about trade work from them. When I decided to become an electrician, it was the best decision I have ever made. I have been working for Small Jobs Electric for five years, and I really enjoy my job! I really like what I do, and Small Jobs is a great company to work for. They really care about their customers and their employees. I look forward to working for them for many years to come.
Orlando – My name is Orlando Gomez and I am from Costa Rica. I moved to the USA in 1997, and I have been living in Tampa since 1997. For the last ten years I have worked for Small Jobs Electric as an electrician. I love my job and most of all I enjoy meeting my customers needs. I look forward to continuing to be a part of the Small Jobs Electric team.
Baez – My name is Radames Baez. I was born in raised in Cuba where I attended school. I began my electrical career in 2001, and have been working for Small Jobs Electric for seven years. I am an enthusiastic person who gets excited about his work. I love my job, and try to pass on my positive attitude to everyone we meet in the field.
